Business Development & Marketing Lead
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and experienced Business Development & Marketing Lead to
drive market penetration, generate new business opportunities, and reposition the Cozym brand for
high-value growth. This is a key leadership role with direct influence on revenue performance and long-term
market positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a Go-to-Market strategy
- Identify and pursue high-value project opportunities
- Build pipelines in public and private sectors
- Lead bid strategy and proposal submissions
- Forge relationships with strategic partners and agencies
- Reposition Cozym's brand with professional marketing
- Collaborate on digital presence improvement
- Represent Cozym at events and forums
- Provide business intelligence on market trends
- Shape new service offerings with technical teams
Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years in business development, sales, or marketing within engineering, oil & gas, energy, or
EPC sectors
- Proven record in winning B2B/government contracts
Skills:
- Strong deal-closing and commercial skills
- Excellent proposal writing and pitching
- Strategic thinking and execution ability
- CRM and marketing platform knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Education:
- Bachelor's in Engineering, Business, or related field
- MBA or certification is an advantage
